 My name is Rev. Nate Manzo my family and I moved to the quaint town of Coal City to begin a new adventure in ministry. For the past four years, I have been pastoring two yoked congregations near Cincinnati, OH. I have a history and passion for youth ministry, small group ministry, mission work and enhancing relationships within a church community. I am also in the final process of finishing my Doctorate in Transformational Leadership. As for my personality, I am easy-going, light-hearted and optimistic. I enjoy an occasional comic book, keeping up with various sports, fishing, golfing and quality time with my wonderful family. I am hopeful that my role as your pastor at New Hope will be a long-term blessing to the church and Coal City community.My primary goals as your pastor will be to develop relationships, provide genuine spiritual direction, and live transparently before you. I will never claim to be perfect or have all the answers, but I am God’s servant walking by faith. I am excited to get to know every person and family at New Hope Presbyterian Church on an individual as well as collective level. Please feel free to stop by my office or contact me as I will delight to listen, offer support or insight, and/or share a few laughs. My wife Autumn is a wonderful homemaker and cannot wait to offer feast and fellowship at the manse. Our two young children, daughter Mycah (4) and son Liam (2) have agreed to provide the live entertainment. Since relationships are the foundation of all we do as a church, my family and I are thrilled to open our hearts to you and pray you will be inspired to open your hearts to us as well.
